Refund policy

Returns are eligible for store credit only and are accepted due to damages or defects within 10 days of purchase, and must be approved by Covie Haus Boutique owner. This must be reported prior to wearing the garment, with original tags in place.

ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED BEFORE BEING SOLD.

NO RETURNS: shoes, jewelry, purses/bags, undergarments, swimwear, body suits, house decor, body scents, candles, holiday items, or graphic tees.

Original shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE and return shipping is responsibility of the customer.

COVIE HAUS BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or tampered with packages when delivered.
